FAQ's

What is the venue’s capacity?

300 seated for dinner. 800-1,000 for standing, mingling, concert settings.

What type of events are held at HiCo Hall?

We can accommodate a wide variety of events at HiCo Hall including but not limited to weddings, birthday parties, corporate meetings/retreats, holiday parties, concerts, festivals, shows and so much more!

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes, our full-day rentals include access to 20 3ft x 8ft farm tables, 400 metal chairs and 10 cocktail tables. If necessary, our local vendor Event-O-Matic is happy to accommodate further needs.

Do you have cooking facilities?

A catering kitchen and food truck hook ups are available for full use packages.

Are we allowed to bring alcoholic beverages in?

No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought on these premises. HiCo Hall has a full liquor license and can accommodate your bar set up to include, full bar, cash bar, limited-service options and choice of beverages served.

Do you have wedding packages?

At this time, we do not offer specific wedding planning services, but we have an extensive list of vendors and planners we are excited to share with you.

Once we book a date can we cancel?

To secure your event date, we require a NON-refundable 50% deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. We recommend event cancellation insurance as no paid fees will be refunded.

If we book a wedding, can we also have the reception at this location?

Yes, we offer great full access weekend packages to accommodate all aspects of your event. This helps relieve the pressure of vendor set up time as well as decorating and just enjoying complete access to this beautiful property.

Do you offer indoor/outdoor spaces?

Yes, the great 4+ acre property offers options for various room set ups as well as patio space and lawn settings.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Do you have dressing rooms on site?

HiCo Hall has 2 large beautifully decorated room areas to be used as the bride/groom rooms or green rooms.

Do we have to clean and take trash out after event?

We want you to enjoy your event and not have the hassle of fully cleaning up. You must have all your belongings and decorations out by the end of your rental time. We will handle the rest. 

Do you have parking for guests?

Yes, we have a large parking lot attached to the venue. No vendor or guest parking is allowed inside the venue or on the lawn.

Do you require the use of certain vendors?

We have an open vendor policy; however we do encourage everyone to use all of our local talent. We have an extensive list of wonderful local vendor options.
